Meet the People Behind PV MediSpa
Derek DiCamillo MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Owner/Medical Director
Derek is a Nurse Practitioner with a decade committed to public health, having worked with all walks of life from pediatrics to geriatrics. He holds memberships with the Obesity Medical Association and International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, which he uses to keep the practice up to date on the newest advances in medical weight loss and aesthetic medicine. Along the way, he has learned that people are amazing unique human beings, and their care should be based on this principle. A devoted husband and father of two, Derek spends his free time with his family swimming in the pool and hosting backyard BBQs. He comes from a line of nurses and a family of healthcare professionals whose passion is helping those in need.
Esther DiCamillo
Owner/Manager/Licensed Aesthetician
Esther, a licensed aesthetician with advanced training in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, Dermaplane, and more, is a multifaceted professional dedicated to enhancing skincare and delivering exceptional service. Her journey has seen her excel in diverse fields, from global missions in Mexico and the Philippines to a background in hospitality, where she mastered customer service and creating memorable experiences. Esther then managed a bustling OBGYN office and later oversaw operations as the executive director of assisted living buildings. Today, she thrives in her role managing social media and operations for PV MediSpa LLC, combining her passion for aesthetics and business acumen. Esther’s dynamic life extends beyond her professional endeavors. As a devoted wife and mother of two, she prioritizes quality time with her family, enjoying activities like swimming and supporting her children in their sports pursuits. In her rare moments of respite, Esther’s artistic talents shine through her impressive drawings and paintings.
Billie Cote RN
Nurse Injector
Billie has been a nurse for over 30 years in various positions, from Addictions/Rehab, Rheumatology Infusion, OB/GYN, to Family Practice. She started out working as a floor nurse as an LPN and worked her way up to an RN and the D.O.N. of a 70-bed inpatient addiction/rehab psychiatric hospital. She has always been interested in the beauty industry, and almost went into cosmetology instead of nursing when she first started her education. Although she never regretted going into nursing, Billie is thrilled to combine her passions as an aesthetic nurse. She spends as much of her free time with her family as possible — she has four children and seven grandchildren. Her remaining spare time is spent furthering her knowledge and education on advanced cosmetic techniques.
Rebecca Harmless
MA / Vitality Unchained Weight Loss Coach
Rebecca knows firsthand what it means to transform your life — having lost over 100 pounds on her own weight loss journey, she brings genuine empathy and real-world experience to every patient she works with. As our Vitality Unchained Weight Loss Coach, Rebecca guides patients through their transformation with the kind of understanding that only comes from walking the path yourself. When she’s not helping patients reach their goals, you’ll find her exploring Middle-earth through Tolkien’s works, catching up on Star Trek, or hitting the trails for a good hike.
Morgan Hultquist
Concierge
Morgan is a business student at Yavapai College with a love for learning, creativity, and kindness. When she’s not studying or helping out with the family business, you’ll find her curled up with a good book, working on a crochet project, sipping tea, or hanging out with her dogs. She brings curiosity, care, and a little warmth to everything she does — whether it’s in business, in her studies, or in everyday life.
